Emenwaglobal will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account credentials.

Emenwaglobal serves as a promotional and discovery platform for courses hosted on third-party platforms, primarily Udemy. When you click an enrollment link on our Platform, you are redirected to the respective hosting platform where your enrollment and payment are processed under their terms of service.

• Course access, duration, and features are subject to the policies of the hosting platform (e.g., Udemy Lifetime Access).
• Emenwaglobal courses are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not use course content for classroom instruction, corporate training, or resale without written permission.
• Course content — including videos, slides, code, and materials — is protected by intellectual property law and may not be downloaded, copied, or redistributed.
• We reserve the right to update, modify, or retire course content at any time to maintain accuracy and relevance.
• Certificates of completion are issued upon satisfying the hosting platform's completion criteria and are for personal use only.

All course purchases made through Emenwaglobal referral links are processed and managed by the third-party hosting platform (e.g., Udemy, Gumroad, or Paystack). The following terms apply:

1. Pricing: All prices displayed on our Platform are indicative and may vary based on region, currency, and active promotions on the hosting platform at the time of purchase.
2. Payment Processing: We do not directly process payments or store payment card details. All transactions are handled by PCI-DSS compliant payment processors on the hosting platform.
3. Refund Policy — Udemy Courses: Udemy's 30-day refund policy applies to all courses enrolled through Udemy. Refund requests must be submitted directly through your Udemy account within 30 days of purchase, provided you have not completed more than 30% of the course.
4. Refund Policy — Direct Digital Products: For eBooks, templates, or other digital products sold directly by Emenwaglobal, refunds are not provided once the product has been downloaded, except where required by law or in cases of demonstrably defective products.
5. Promotional Prices: Discounted prices obtained through our platform or referral codes cannot be retroactively applied to prior purchases.
6. Currency & Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or local levies on your purchases. Prices may be displayed in USD and converted at the prevailing exchange rate by your payment provider.

The Platform and all its original content, features, and functionality — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, course thumbnails, video previews, website design, and code — are the exclusive property of Emenwaglobal and its instructors, protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws.

• The Emenwaglobal name, logo, and all associated marks are our proprietary trademarks. Use of our brand assets requires prior written authorization.
• Course instructors retain ownership of their original course materials but grant Emenwaglobal a license to feature, promote, and link to their content.
• User-generated content (such as course reviews, forum posts, or Q&A submissions) grants Emenwaglobal a worldwide, royalty-free license to display and use such content in connection with the Platform.

When using the Platform, you agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any local, national, or international law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform, other user accounts, or our servers or networks.
• Upload, post, or transmit any content that is defamatory, obscene, hateful, threatening, harassing, or otherwise objectionable.
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, spiders) to collect data, course content, or pricing information from the Platform without express written permission.
• Share, sell, or sublicense your course access credentials to third parties.
• Record, capture, or redistribute video course content in any format, whether for personal archive or public sharing.
• Impersonate any person or entity, including Emenwaglobal staff, instructors, or other students.
• Transmit spam, unsolicited advertising, or any form of malware, ransomware, or harmful code through the Platform.
• Engage in any activity that degrades, disrupts, or interferes with the proper functioning of the Platform for other users.
• Use course materials or certificates in a misleading or deceptive manner that misrepresents your qualifications.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account termination and, where appropriate, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

Our Platform contains links to third-party websites and services, including Udemy, YouTube, Cloudinary, and various social media platforms. These links are provided for your convenience and informational purposes only.

Our Platform may include embedded YouTube videos and Cloudinary-hosted images. These embeds are governed by Google's (YouTube) and Cloudinary's respective terms of service and privacy policies. We encourage you to review those policies independently.

The Platform and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

• No Earnings Guarantee: Results from applying skills learned through our courses vary by individual. Emenwaglobal does not guarantee any specific income, job placement, monetization outcome, or other financial result from course enrollment.
• Content Accuracy: While we strive to keep course content current, the technology landscape — especially in AI — evolves rapidly. We do not warrant that all information is complete, accurate, or up to date at the time of access.
• Platform Availability: We do not guarantee that the Platform will be available uninterrupted, secure, or error-free at all times. We may suspend access for maintenance, upgrades, or emergency fixes without prior notice.
• Professional Advice: Nothing on the Platform constitutes legal, financial, investment, or professional advice. You should consult a qualified professional before making decisions based on course content.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Emenwaglobal, its directors, employees, partners, instructors, agents, suppliers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
• Damages resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Platform or any content therein.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Emenwaglobal and its officers, directors, employees, instructors, contractors, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation.
• Your use or misuse of the Platform or any content accessed through it.
• Content you submit, post, or transmit through the Platform, including user-generated content.
• Your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity.
• Any misrepresentation made by you in connection with your use of the Platform.

Emenwaglobal reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to the Platform at our sole discretion, immediately and without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Conduct that is harmful, fraudulent, or harmful to other users or the reputation of Emenwaglobal.
• Non-payment or fraudulent payment activity.
• Requests from law enforcement or other government agencies.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that, by their nature, should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, indemnification, and limitation of liability — shall survive.

You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us at Contact Us. Termination of your account does not entitle you to a refund of any previously purchased course access.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Specifically, these Terms comply with the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA) 2023 and Consumer Protection Council Act.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If negotiation fails:

• Disputes may be submitted to mediation administered by a mutually agreed mediator within 30 days of the failed negotiation.
• If mediation is unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria, in accordance with the Arbitration and Mediation Act 2023.
• Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending arbitration.

Emenwaglobal reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. We are committed to transparent communication when we do so:

• We will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page whenever changes are made.
• For material changes, we will provide at least 14 days' advance notice via email to all registered users and a prominent banner on the Platform.
• Minor changes (e.g., typographic corrections, clarifications that do not alter legal meaning) may be made without specific notice.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes become effective constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform.
